If you are looking for a great Dentist then come and see Dr. Oh in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He is the best. He is so kind and has a great sense of humor. And he always makes sure you are pain free. I’ve been fortunate enough to have this location as my dentist for 10 years. The medical staff in the back has been nothing but great. From the assistants, to the hygienist to Dr. Oh, the care has always been outstanding. Unfortunately, The management of the front office who makes appointments has caused a lot of headache the past year. I drive three hours round-trip to get to/from this office from St. Louis. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.. I used to use Dr. Oh and was happy with the care received. I moved to another state for a while, came back and scheduled an appt. When i scheduled an appt we talked about insurance, new address, and phone number. I took off work, drove 45 min, and get there to find out that I didn’t confirm my appt. Guess what, they did not put in the new cell # I gave them so I didn’t get the messages and due to that, I no longer had an appt. They would not work me in. I highly recommend you chose Dr. Oh if you are looking for you or your family a new dentist look no further. I've sent so many people to him and they are all satisfied I have a dental phobia and have no problem with anxiety when I go into his office! 100/10
my family has been seeing Dr. Oh for almost 10 years and I've never been disappointed, whether a dental emergency or just routine care Dr. Oh and his staff have always taken care of us. He even calls you the next day. HIGHLY recommend this dentist for your dental needs.
