Three friends and I did this in October 2015. About 10 minutes into the tour I hit a bump and fell off. I was okay but very scared. I think everyone in our group knew I was scared, including our guide. For the remainder of the tour I don't think I was within eyeshot of our guide because he was so far ahead of me with the rest of the group. Stood up for my 4 pm tour at the Japanese gardens. Company didn't bother to call me or the other guests who were waiting for the same tour. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Had the best time ever! Our tour guide was Carson and we did the Botanical Gardens tour. Will definitely do this again! Thank you Segway Fort Worth. Also, thank you for the Groupon. It made it possible for us to enjoy some fun entertainment that we wouldn't have known about otherwise!

We did the tour to celebrate our 10 year anniversary weekend. What a great way to start it off. Ryane is the best tour guide. She definitely knew her Fort Worth history.
Had a friend in from Portland Or & we've lived in Tx for 3 years & never really seen Fort Worth. We had a blast & Ryan or guide was exceptional, informative & really fun! Would do it again in a heartbeat!
