I purchased a Groupon for this business and have made at least a dozen calls to make a reservation. All I get is voicemail and no return calls. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
Purchased a GroupOn tour only to find out that the business has been closed for sometime now. Groupon is aware of this and continues to sell vouchers only to tell you that they will not refund you the money! only give you credit for another groupon .... Bad Form GroupON - Bad Form

I purchased these tickets through Groupon. My wife wanted to do the West seventh and Trinity Trail tour as one of her birthday presents. I tried calling, emailing, and even Facebook messaged the company to no avail. I never got a single response from anyone. I have been trying to contact this company for at least two days now. I strongly urge anyone wishing to do business with these people to stay away. This place is fraud! We bought tickets from Groupon and this place does not exist! We notified Groupon and they're still selling these tickets on their site.. Buyers beware!
I purchased a Groupon to attend a tour. We were planning on a big group of us scheduling a tour together. For the last week I have been calling to set a tour, as well as sending an email. We have yet to get a reply. I drove to the address listed today and was notified that the company has moved and didn't give an address to their new location. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service provided by the company. Now I am in a fight to get my money refunded. This is very disappointing.
BUYER BEWARE. I booked a four-person tour through Groupon and paid for it in March 2017. Merchant never returned phone calls a week prior to pre-booked tour time nor showed up at the meeting place for the tour today. Very disappointed not only because we didn't get to take the tour, but because they took my hard-earned money.
