Ridiculous wait times. Only 2 people besides me and took almost an hour just to tell me that they don’t have the vaccine I needed. Why would you schedule someone for something that is not available? Always having delays and too much wait times, it is a common issue each visit. Also the 5 star reviews seem fake, most likely bots. I sound like a hater but I’ve given them the benefit-of-the-doubt too many times, so I had to leave a review.
They are very rude unreliable. Do not understand they do not help. They think they know what they’re talking about but they don’t know nothing they tell you they’re gonna call you back and never do you call in to get results they tell you they’ll call you back in one hour. Never do very bad facility. I will not recommend any of these doctors to anybody even the representatives are very rude. I went to the ER. They are not very good at keeping your stuff every time we go they want this want that like really you guys just want a lot of money from people yet you lose there information and stuff they bring you ridiculous
