just now No Stars.....my practically brand new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado is sitting there right now with a blown transmission. I guess there is no help for previous buyers from the dealership. It just turned over 70k and the entire transmission blew. However, the drive train is not covered to 100k anymore so they want 6k to fix it. Previous owners were better, dealership going downhill fast. Save your money...drop Chevy and never trust these people!
Worst dealership ever with intentional Fraudulent Finance tactics and Yo-Yo Scams taking advantage of individuals with less than perfect credit. Customer service is non existent and high turnover of Finance Managers.
My wife bought a new 2020 Malibu 3 weeks ago. We took it back in because the passenger seat became loose, and their was a paint blemish on the driver side rear quarter panel. They tighten down the seat and did not investigate why or how the seat got loose. We get a call from the service manager and told us the car was ready, we drove from Converse and I noticed the car was covered in swirl marks and it was smothered in rubbing compound.
