Dr. Seguerra was probably the worst and most rude doctor I have ever met. She made several harsh remarks about my weight and appearance such as “lay off the donuts”. She doesn’t take any time to listen to any of your concerns or questions, and pretty much ignores everything you say. She ruins confidence and children and made me physically avoid going to the doctors office for years just so I wouldn’t have to see her. I would give her a zero if I could. Plain awful.
I have 5 kids and I am glad that I found this office. The Doctor listens to my questions and concerns. She is kind and caring towards my children, she talks to them about their physical and educational development. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming.
SHE IS THE BEST, she KNOWS her kids on a personal level, Things that are NOT in a chart, the fact that she remembers everything about them, given how many patients she has is so amazing & speaks alot to the fact that she CARES. also she DOES NOT over book or double book. she IS A WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL human being and a SPECTACULAR DOCTOR! ABSOLUTELY you can TRUST her with your children. IS THERE any deeper trust then that? i HIGHLY recommend her!
If I can put a Zero I would. The worst doctor ever. Prescribed my child pills that made my child sick.. When called the office couldn't get a hold of her for a week. Never called me back as many messages as I have left. Would not trust her. Please be aware!!!!
She is a very good doctor, but the people at her front desk definitely do not know how to treat her patients. They are extremely rude, unsympathetic, and very unkind. They just simply do not care. She needs to get rid of her receptionists and medical assistants and hire some new ones that actually do care and have a heart for what they do. It's sad to see the place has gone downhill after being there 8 years. We have now switched doctors due to the unfriendliness of her staff.
