I am from Ohio. I've had 2 bad experiences since moving here in March. I looked at the reviews and called. I explained that I had serious health problems that require a lot of visits to my stylist. She, Jenny , immediately put me on the schedule for the next morning at 10 am. I am thrilled with her concern, her ability to put together a plan to try to keep my hair and keep it looking good.
