The food is amazing and the service is exceptional service. If you want dishes that are unique and so tasty this is the place to go!
People passing through Kanab have no idea the culinary gem nestled just inside the Canyons Hotel. Sego combines flavors and dishes from all over the world and presents them in a way uniquely American. Chef Shon is hoarding one of Utah's best-kept gastronomic sensations. But with all of the (justified) press Sego has been getting, it won't fly under the radar much longer. Sego is worth the drive to Kanab, even if you're not just 'passing through'.

Went for my birthday dinner last week after a long day of hiking and exploring in the area. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. The chef even came out to talk to us several times. Excellent experience. Do yourself a favor and eat at Sego!
We missed the opportunity in April to visit this restaurant and today we did. To describe our experience: the food is exceptional. Every taste bud on your tongue gets teased in the best way possible. We are here for another week and I know where we will be spending our dinners! ❤️
