Jennifer and the entire team at Segner’s are absolutely top-notch. Jennifer took the time to sit down with me, carefully look at all of my rings, and help me identify them. She is patient, thoughtful, and truly cares about making sure her customers feel confident and valued. As someone new to town, finding a jeweler who treats you like family is such a gift. I highly recommend Segner’s Jewelers—they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond.

They created and handled my wedding ring with as much care & love as I love it! ❤️ however, on 5/7?/25, the center cluster randomly came loose & fell off the ring, luckily the cluster was found. I was charged like $142 at Segner’s to have it repaired, even though I was not engaging in any harsh movements or activities, I would have hoped they would’ve stood behind their own craftsmanship better, absorbing the cost; but it is what it is!

My watch battery died. Walked in with no appointment and they were nice enough to replace my battery on the spot! It only took 3-5 minutes and I was out the door! I was very impressed with the politeness they showed me, and the professionalism of their service!

Excellent service always. I can’t say enough about Jennifer, she made me two rings to match my wedding ring and did a beautiful job a couple years ago. Took them in a couple weeks ago to have them sodder instead of down sizing and what an amazing job. Thank you Jennifer and Segner for the professionalism, outstanding work you do.
