Excellent service always. I can’t say enough about Jennifer, she made me two rings to match my wedding ring and did a beautiful job a couple years ago. Took them in a couple weeks ago to have them sodder instead of down sizing and what an amazing job. Thank you Jennifer and Segner for the professionalism, outstanding work you do.
They created and handled my wedding ring with as much care & love as I love it! ❤️ however, on 5/7?/25, the center cluster randomly came loose & fell off the ring, luckily the cluster was found. I was charged like $142 at Segner’s to have it repaired, even though I was not engaging in any harsh movements or activities, I would have hoped they would’ve stood behind their own craftsmanship better, absorbing the cost; but it is what it is!
From start to finish on our orders the customer service was impeccable. Our rings that my bff and I designed are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Gigi for everything.
I cannot recommend Segner’s more! They helped my husband each step of the way in picking out a unique engagement ring. And then, their wide selection allowed him to surprise me with the perfect band on our wedding day. Shortly after our wedding, I had a little mishap and lost a baguette. With no questions asked, they replaced the diamond and repaired all of my prongs to ensure this wouldn’t happen again. This jewelry store will forever have our business!
