My niece and her fiancé stopped there at 5:40 after finding them on Yelp. They caught a nail in their tire. They were treated rudely by an employee and told they were closed, although the adversed closing time was 6. The tire blew after they tried to make it elsewhere, putting them and 3 young children in danger.
Got there 15 min after closing (what's funny though is we got there at 545 and every platform I have been on says they close at 6pm including FACEBOOK!), have a flat tire (screw) with a cut in the sidewall (not leaking). I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair and had my wife (this is her account) and 2 of my kids in the car. I'm very thrifty and I want to save money and that is the only reason why I went there. When I pulled up no normal human to help me, no normal customer service all people that are rejects of society like most of Seffner,Florida people. Nothing normal about these people at all. And had tires to me by 2 PM completely mounted balanced and out the door at under $400 for a set of four new tires and was on my way in under an hour
If you are looking for used tires with honest people I would suggest you go elsewhere. I got three different types of tires on three different occasions. The last one I had for 4 days when it formed a bubble on the top and within about 35 miles popped. They said it was not covered under warranty again. All three times the same song and dance. There warranty is vague at best and misleading. They will never get another dollar of mine every again!!!
Thought I had found a great used tire shop in the neighborhood, but BOY, was I wrong. I ended up back in this place two days later and it was a whole different story than my previous review. Now, all of a sudden, I need to replace my tire and because of my experience a few days earlier, I trusted them. They have tires with various degrees of tread left on them, so I opted for their best choice for a total of $52 and change.
