I recently had to close out my savings account and credit card over the phone . A lovely lady named Kathy was so helpful in doing this. She checked my identity, and asked all the important questions. At the end she made sure the check was printed and told me when to expect it. A very nice experience.
The staff are so friendly. We did not need an appointment to have paperwork notarized and the branch manager recognized me, even though we had only met once a few months ago.
