They are now reorganizing your transactions to benefit them. I use to get my payroll a day early, now they wait until after business hours. And it's not just payroll, I have several reoccurring deposits that were always available by 9:00 am the day before. Now, they aren't available until after 5:00 pm. Debit/credit transactions process before any credits for the busineee day.

Long awaited review : Ever since the merger with SEFCU and CAPCOM, they treat you like a bottom line, no longer like a human. Costumer service is terrible. They have no right to call themselves a credit union. They are a BANK. Fees, Fees, Fees. Switched to another small town Credit Union (TCT) and couldn’t be anymore happier. Jennifer Keigley is phenomenal. I live out of town and she has helped me and my elderly dad with wisdom and kindness. I am choosing to keep my accounts at this branch due to her above and beyond kindness, help and guidance.
If there was negative stars I would give it to broadview. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. They offer no solutions no matter what the issue is and they hound you a million times even if you explain your situation and that you have no money to give. Was much better as SEFCU but now as Broadview they are the worst I have ever encountered! Definitely looking for a new bank.
