Mr. Welbon and his assistant showed up on time. Walked my property and throughly inspected my house. They did appropriate comps that matched my property and got the appraisal back to me within 10 days. It was delivered by email and opened seamlessly. I was having trouble finding an available appraiser and could not have been more satisfied with their professionalism , availability and promptness plus attention to detail. Will be happy to recommend Advanced Property Appraisals and Mr Weldon again.

Terrible company! I advise anyone looking for a commercial or residential appraiser not to use this company and Jamice Weldon. He first rescheduled the inspection appointment without informing anyone. I had to follow up with him and when I received the new inspection date, I had to scramble to get someone to the property to meet him. I originally placed my order for an appraisal on July 14th. I was promised this appraisal last Wednesday. When it didn't come Wednesday I was promised by Jamice that I would have it late Friday afternoon. Here it is Tuesday morning and not only do I STILL not have the appraisal, I can't get a response from anyone. This is the second time I've had an issue with this appraiser. Fool me twice, shame on me. I have a business to run and clients that depend on me. I'm really disappointed.
I had a great experience with this company. They appraiser my grocery store in San Francisco and the appraisal report was very organized and detail. I received my report on time and the appraisal report was very easy to read and understand.
