Dr Basi is super knowledgeable and compassionate. We love her
I had a scheduled appointment for today with Dr Basi but due to the air conditioning breaking down last week I was called not to come in and if I wanted to continue with the appointment but over a phone call. I was ok with that but kind of disappointing when the conversation over the phone ended I get a call from her office asking me for a credit card number to pay today’s appointment over the phone. I was charged $50 for a 5 minute conversation and I don’t think I should have been charged for that because it wasn’t my fault... read more
