They completely mishandled my visa file and also charged me too much. After that, every day the staff gave a new excuse, saying the concerned staff member was not available or was on leave. Later, they completely stopped answering my phone calls. I am sharing this to make everyone aware—please think carefully before choosing them for visa-related services.
