Horrible. They never provide updates. They do not provide you with copies of your case file despite your requests. We veterans are just a quick payday to this law firm. They truly don’t give a dam about our service or about helping us fight for what’s right. They make decisions without discussing them with you or explain why and God forbid you call to ask.
