I love this place! Such a lovely place with wonderful people doing great work! A “Mecca” for heirloom plant enthusiasts and natural gardeners! And a lovely place for a hike or just to wander along or sit by the trout stream...

Two years ago, after moving to Florida, I purchased some Siberian Dwarf Tomato seeds from SSE hoping that their temperature hardiness would keep them alive through all growing seasons here. Today, I'm picking ripe tomatoes off a clone of my most prolific original seedling. The original plant grew and fruited all summer and fall, and its clone this winter fruited for me in January!
