I purchased a pair of clips for $12.71 online along with a linen dress on 30/10/2025, a week after this post. Both items arrived in different packages. One of the clips arrived broken, despite the bubble wrapping. Upon exchanging the faulty item, the Korean customer assistance of the store(team leader/manager) was hasty at asking me to retrieve my receipt online. Rude and unhelpful staff. Store full of staff yet no one wants to serve customers lining up! City store with customers on a quick lunch break - seriously poor service.
