The staff were quite unfriendly. When I asked for help finding an item, one staff just stared at me without saying a word, which was really bizarre and left me pretty shocked. Thankfully, another staff member came over later and helped me out. Based on the strange and unprofessional service, it honestly feels like the manager isn’t too concerned about running the business properly.
Visited twice within 10 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged once. When I asked about an item online, the staff member didn’t check and just said “if you can’t see it, we probably don’t have it.” Felt very dismissive and unhelpful. Would be reluctant to return.
Today I went to the store they treated me so poorly I think bc u was wearing scarf I will never go back there.
I was in Seed today and a lovely young lady helped me find a crocheted top that I needed to wear to an event this week that I had found online. I was very stressed as this was a last resort for me before I had to leave Queensland. Although it seemed as though there was none on the floor, she insisted to go check in the back and found the last one in my size ! Thanks to her I’m well dressed for my occasion! Thankyou Natasha !
Happened about a week ago, but I can’t stop thinking about it. I overhead a disgusting conversation between two of the workers in the store. They were using homophobic slurs and derogatory language. Cannot believe this in 2025. Never going back here.
