Today I went to the store they treated me so poorly I think bc u was wearing scarf I will never go back there.
I was in Seed today and a lovely young lady helped me find a crocheted top that I needed to wear to an event this week that I had found online. I was very stressed as this was a last resort for me before I had to leave Queensland. Although it seemed as though there was none on the floor, she insisted to go check in the back and found the last one in my size ! Thanks to her I’m well dressed for my occasion! Thankyou Natasha !
Happened about a week ago, but I can’t stop thinking about it. I overhead a disgusting conversation between two of the workers in the store. They were using homophobic slurs and derogatory language. Cannot believe this in 2025. Never going back here.
Every time I’ve gone into this store, it’s as if I’m racially profiled and therefore never greeted or asked if I need any help. Staff are always so sour.
Today i had the best customer service by Jenni and another young girl this afternoon at Seed Heritage at Mt gravatt. They went above and beyond and they were so welcoming and helpful. Best customer service. Thank you both
