Katherine is a gifted masseuse who gives a true therapeutic massage, addressing problem areas using various modalities when required. The atmosphere is warm, peaceful and inviting. I always leave feeling so much more relaxed, knowing that my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Seed and Soothe. I had my first massage at Seed and Soothe Holistic Studio. Jamie was so warm and welcoming. She read through my intake paperwork before I arrived, which told me she took what I completed seriously. BTW, the intake questions were excellent, and the policies were clear and thorough. Jamie understood exactly where I needed extra attention where the was tightness, and what she told me was scarring, which made sense due to chronic knee damage/pain.
