I love this place so much! Jamie and Lily are incredible. Jamie provides the most soothing and helpful full body massage, and Lily’s face massage was lovely. Don’t sleep on this gem!
I had such a great experience at Seed & Soothe in Madison! My massage therapist, Lilly, was incredibly sweet and actually listened when I said my lower back and neck were a full-on stress storage unit. She focused exactly where I needed it, and I left feeling like a new (much less tense) human. I had to cancel my original appointment—because, life—and rescheduling was super easy. I had the sculpting face massage with Lily -- it was excellent! I have TMJ so this treatment was an incredible release for my tension. Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage, and masseter massage were used. Highly recommend! I also enjoyed my experience with Lily as she was kind and knowledgeable. Finally, the product was really nice. It's made in-house by the owners and everything felt clean and relaxing, This was my first time at Seed and Soothe and I'll definitely be back!
Kristen was so friendly and sweet! Went for my first prenatal massage yesterday and felt so refreshed after. I'm looking forward to coming back again.
