If I could give a minus I would. They have been harassing me, all of a sudden for a sling my Mom got a year ago. Turns out they where late submitting paper work to insurance and did not follow through with them. So it's easier to harass clients then to do what they need to do.
I was sent here for a heel lift from my doctor due to a broken hip. I was greeted by Kelsey (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) gave her the paperwork from the doctor and she got my heel lift in no time. Then we or I proceeded to talk to her about my accident. It was really nice, she was very nice and professional and outgoing. Really easy to talk to! I recommend this place to all who read this! Thank you See the Trainer! And Kelsey also!!
I had the same experience as Justin. My son has an ankle sprain. No bill or anything. 5 months later I am getting collection calls for 69 dollar crutches that the exact brand retail for 19.99. They claimed to have sent an invoice just two weeks prior to starting collections for the first time. Told me it was due immediately. I made them return them. Your Insurance won't cover their products. I went here on referral from my doctor. I assumed that my insurance would cover the knee brace I needed. Long story short I now owe $270 for a knee brace that is literally the $36 on amazon. They never mentioned a price when I was checking out otherwise I would have walked out.
