These people are scammers, employee accosted us and tried to humiliate a patient . Horrible.
This was one of my worst experiences ever. The owner, I think his name is Ryan?, really didnt seem care about my family situation. I felt he was trying make money off me. I should’ve paid attention to the other reviews because they were accurate with my family’s experience.
These people are liars and cheats. They told my item was covered under insurance, then it was denied. Charged me double the retail price. Refused to budge on price, total scam. I would give them less than one star if I could.

Same pricing complaints as everyone else. I ended up paying $295 for a walking boot. I had no idea it would be that much. Ridiculous.
