The salon and staff are lovely, but I'm pretty disappointed. I first went in for a full set and got builder gel. I came in pretty close to closing so I wasn't overly surprised when my set didn't last too long( 1 week) . I came in again. I got a full set and a fancy pedicure which was 180 including tip. My thumb nail came off the next day, I got it fixed no issue. It's now a week later and all the Polish is chipped off my right foot, and I've lost two more nails with the original thumb nail I had replaced also starting to lif... read more
I’m new to the state and was hoping to find a salon I could stick with—but I left extremely upset yesterday. The pedicure was great, and the guy took his time and did an amazing job. But right after they got that call about two pedicures coming in at 11, everything changed. The manicure tech rushed through my powder set like she was on a timer—constantly checking the clock, clearly in a hurry, and didn’t even use the right extension sizes. My nails look awful. I would home zero to that lady if I could.
The staff are so kind and friendly. Excellent service, I highly recommend!
