Great area, close to all you need, tranportation, like metro, groceries, stores, resto and all the bussinesses you need in your neighborhood.
If you don't have a car, you should be fine. If you have a car, expect the weekly break-ins to eventually hit you. They will not bother to inform you, despite having your car's info on file, so you will find a glass-filled car! Then you will have the pleasure of paying over $600 to replace it due to the glass messing up the window motor as well. Don't expect them to care or do anything about it! The new management (Bozzuto) has really changed the game for this place. I have lived at Sedona Slate for a year and it has been fabulous. The staff is wonderful and very caring. There’s a fantastic sense of community at the well attended resident events. I’ve made some of my best friends living here.
The only thing wrong with Sedona Slate was the extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and quite honestly downright nasty concierge we encountered during our visit. Unfortunately it was not possible to take note of her name, but she is the younger member of the team with no personality or manners.
