I really wish I could give Sedona Ranch less than 1 star. Run for your life with this place and plan on being screwed on the front end and back regardless of how hard you try to play by the book. Half the time you couldn't use the amenities (keys didn't work), the staff is snotty (don't care about the residents) and they'll take your deposit whether you clean and do everything on the list. They'll stick it to you on the water bill (twice), hit you for a painting bill, even though we came into a terribly painted and dirty app... read more
So far as a new resident management has been extremely poor. There is just such a lack of customer service. For example: im a new resident. No one told me anything as a new resident about the laundry center. I was just told that there WAS one. Well after loading my entire bag and carrying it to the very front to wash i realize that you have to have some special card to do laundry...so i have to wait till the next day. i get off of work and make it to the office at 430 to buy ...Continue Reading
I am so excited to be moving back to Sedona Ranch. I lived there a couple years ago and the staff was amazing and the amenities are incredible. Due to some personal issues, I am moving back to San Antonio and Sendoa Ranch is the first place I would think of. It is convinent to everything, the staff is so amazing, and the amenities really are good. After living away from Sedona Ranch for a while, I definitely appreciate everything.
