If I could give negative stars, I would. Management is a joke. Kids in the parking lot throw rocks at cars and the office has been notified. NOTHING happens. There are crowds that gather in the parking lot, smoking marijuana and playing loud music. You walk into the building and you get overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana. Have some respect for your residents and put your foot down on these people. Most don't say anything due to fear of retaliation from management. There's a pool but it's not operational. There's a parking lot but no painted yellow parking lines. There's a manager but she's hard to get a hold of. There's an office but it's usually closed. There's mailboxes but no reliable mail delivery, so if you work during the daytime, good luck trying to get into the office to get a package. There's a maintenance guy but he's not the most pleasant (the other maintenance guy is great, always been helpful and friendly.) There's rules, but they're not really enforced. Just moved after many years living at Sedona Hills. Started out as a decent complex and severely declined. The office manager Melissa and the maintenance staff are great! I believe their hands are tied by the owner. The only amenity was the pool and a few years ago the owner decided she didn't want to pay to open it anymore. There's a wall on the side if the garages that looks like it is going to fall down at any moment. The water problems are INSANE! My apt had to be jackhammered to get to the pipes twice!
