They were late dropping off my jug and left the empty one outside for over a week. Despite assurances that the charge would be only $50, I was unexpectedly billed $100. Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service; their processes and procedures seem unclear or poorly managed. This experience has left me feeling like my trust was broken, and I feel they may have misrepresented or overcharged me. I hope they can improve their communication and systems to better serve future customers.
