Super quick, responsive and reliable service from maintenance, despite the holiday week.
This property contracts with a predatory parking company, Shamrock parking, who has an attendant lurking in the shadows and writing down customers license plates the second they pull into the lot and then sending them scam $80 parking "violations," even if you're a customer of a shop where the parking is supposed to be free! The company has been in legal trouble in the state for similar practices in the past and clearly had not learned their lesson and they have BBB complaints a mile long for the same practices. Lovely, building, location, and staff. The neighborhood has had some rough times over the past two years, but the strong community has preserved. I enjoyed a lovely 2+ years at this building and the staff was nothing but excellent. Not the most up to date building, but are excellently designed and maintained. Tons of natural light during the day with easy access to a variety of activities at night.
Don't waste your time. Shamrock LLC will scam you with parking tickets. Don't come here. No where in the Piper Village. Sedges owners, I would petition to remove Shamrock from the Piper Village services.
