The maintenance team is absolutely amazing here! I’ve accidentally locked myself out a couple times now since I am not used to the auto locks yet and they have helped me get back in under an hour both times. I felt terrible bothering them after hours but they have always been understanding and kind about it. I really appreciate it, especially b/c it can be so costly to get a locksmith. Thank you!!

This property contracts with a predatory parking company, Shamrock parking, who has an attendant lurking in the shadows and writing down customers license plates the second they pull into the lot and then sending them scam $80 parking "violations," even if you're a customer of a shop where the parking is supposed to be free! The company has been in legal trouble in the state for similar practices in the past and clearly had not learned their lesson and they have BBB complaints a mile long for the same practices. Lovely, building, location, and staff. The neighborhood has had some rough times over the past two years, but the strong community has preserved. I enjoyed a lovely 2+ years at this building and the staff was nothing but excellent. Not the most up to date building, but are excellently designed and maintained. Tons of natural light during the day with easy access to a variety of activities at night.
