I've lived here for 6 months and it has been an absolute nightmare. Where do I even start. If you're looking at this building to rent, RUN. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. First, they lured me in with a listing for $1350/month. When I applied after looking at the unit, they raised the price to $1590. At this point I didn't have time to find a new place, so I went forward. Then the hidden/junk fees kicked in. My rent is actually over $2000/month. Edit 06/22/16: Sadly since posting this I have retract my previous 5 stars. While maintenance did help me greatly when I was locked out and I am appreciative… Since then, I have been greatly disappointed by the previous maintenance team (there is a new one) and management. My Stackable washer and dryer was in poor condition upon moving in along with my thermostat not working in my bedroom or my living room. Once my washing machine finally gave out it took them a week & a half along with me following up over 5 times to actual... read more
We just moved in, and so far it's been fantastic! The staff and management have been very kind and responsive, the neighbors have been friendly, and the unit is clean, comfortable, and well insulated for sound. Lots of storage too! And you know, being in a great location doesn't hurt either.
