Edit 06/22/16: Sadly since posting this I have retract my previous 5 stars. While maintenance did help me greatly when I was locked out and I am appreciative… Since then, I have been greatly disappointed by the previous maintenance team (there is a new one) and management. My Stackable washer and dryer was in poor condition upon moving in along with my thermostat not working in my bedroom or my living room. We just moved in, and so far it's been fantastic! The staff and management have been very kind and responsive, the neighbors have been friendly, and the unit is clean, comfortable, and well insulated for sound. Lots of storage too! And you know, being in a great location doesn't hurt either.
We had a wonderful tour, the lady showing us around was very friendly and helpful. We felt as though we were already at home!
Dont rent here. They use a predatory parking service that is a nightmare to deal with. I received a citation and attempted to dispute it in good faith. I was instructed to mail proof of patronage, but no mailing address was provided. The email address used for communication does not accept replies. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered, yet the fine is scheduled to increase. I have no issue taking responsibility when I am clearly in the wrong. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing here! I’ve accidentally locked myself out a couple times now since I am not used to the auto locks yet and they have helped me get back in under an hour both times. I felt terrible bothering them after hours but they have always been understanding and kind about it. I really appreciate it, especially b/c it can be so costly to get a locksmith. Thank you!!
