You all need to fire Kim Jennings immediately. Stop allowing her to assault children,harass black residents. I saw the video and other was disgusting. She does NOT need to be in charge of anything. She needs to be fired and arrested
Property manager caught on video, abusing a child. Threw a drink on the minor and then slapped his face multiple times! The video has gone viral showing abuse at this complex!
I feel every tenant need to be interviewed privately due to the high volume of number of complaints everyone has the right to be respected management children families and also employees matters like this do not go away they may often be covered up but it would only get worse these things do not get better unless there is someone overseeing such issues with this amount of complaints.
There has been several reports of past employees being verbally abused and overworked there has also been reports of workers now being abused verbally and trying to keep their jobs to make honest income these type of things should be looked into very carefully and very honestly to avoid any disruptions of the property as a owner.
It was all over the news on 8/4/23 Everyone should feel safe no one should feel because they move on the apartments, there now victim to being called white trash or trailer park trash or out of their name or threaten to be put in the streets after moving in there has been numerous reports of rent money being stolen from tenants and there has been so many tenants with the same stories this has been undergoing for some time now the whole neighborhood is watching to see the result and just want peace and justice for everyone.
Saw your property manager Kim Jennings doing some pretty horrible stuff. Hope it has been handled.
This manager was caught on camera throwing liquids in a childs face and hitting him multiple times at the pool. She should be fired and arrested IMMEDIATELY!
Office Manager Kim Jennings is a Racist and Disgusting Bully. A video has surfaced online of her physically assaulting a young black male on property near the pool while another whimp of an employee stands closely by. Charges must be filed and we demand her job be no more..No brown child is safe around her.. I'm contacting Corporate Next!!! Absolutely Dispicable.
