Not much has changed since 2012 when Melissa wrote her review! Management is still awful and roaches are still tenants. I have never seen so many in my life, I wish I would have saw her review before I moved here. But there is a pest control guy that comes out every few months (he must be spraying water).

When we moved here we were looking for a nice affordable place to live. While it IS affordable this has to be the WORST management and maintenance I have EVER seen in my entire life. The apartment was disgusting when we showed up to move in, I spent hundreds of dollars cleaning dead roaches patching holes in walls painting replacing rotting vanities (all bc the office would not) now mind you management has changed since then BUT it has NOT gotten better only worse. The current manager is about as useless as boobs on a bull..... read more
