I made an appointment for myself and later my son. Each time I scheduled an appointment, they asked what insurance I had. I told them each time. After our exams, I was told that they only take my insurance for the exams, not contacts and glasses. I was told I would have to go elsewhere to get the contacts and glasses. When I called to complain, I was told that the person I originally spoke with should have told me that they did not take my insurance except for the exam. RecommendedHave seen Doctor Haley for several years, have also seen Doctor Cox, excellent service from all staff.
Went to Sedalia Eye Assoc. In Warsaw. Picked up my glasses. It's no secret I have horrible eyesight. I have to use readers with my contacts and cannot read with my glasses. I put my new glasses on and freaked out I CAN SEE! I have never been able to see like this before. Thank you Dr. Kindler and Janice.
