I own a tow company in polo mo where one of his cars was involved in a accident back on 4/22/25 and it did over 5000.00 in damages to a fence that a farmer had cattle in so I contacted this guy he told me at first it was out on a test drive but wouldn't give me any information on driver or insurance so I called again and he stated I was on a recorded line and his lawyer would contact me for harassment anyways finally a 3rd party called pro claims said they were working on it and mind you that was 6/23/25 I just got a email l... read more
I never write reviews, but felt compelled. Owner has dogs that jumped and bit at me. There was short notice on need of a vehicle, but rented a vehicle with 200,000+ miles, check engine light on, low tire pressure light, and then overcharged upon payment. Response to my complaint was “there weren’t any other options in town” and “sorry for your displeasure”. Management wasn’t mean, but did nothing to remedy the situation. I felt I was in a forced position and taken advantage of.
Sent an email inquiring abuot a vehicle on their lot. Two or three times. Got no responce no phone call nothing and its been at least a couple months and the vehicle is still listed on their website. With that and a lot of poor reviews how is this place even still in business??
