I never write reviews, but felt compelled. Owner has dogs that jumped and bit at me. There was short notice on need of a vehicle, but rented a vehicle with 200,000+ miles, check engine light on, low tire pressure light, and then overcharged upon payment. Response to my complaint was “there weren’t any other options in town” and “sorry for your displeasure”. Management wasn’t mean, but did nothing to remedy the situation. I felt I was in a forced position and taken advantage of.

Sent an email inquiring abuot a vehicle on their lot. Two or three times. Got no responce no phone call nothing and its been at least a couple months and the vehicle is still listed on their website. With that and a lot of poor reviews how is this place even still in business??

We are a Towing company in Lebanon Mo. We towed an abandoned vehicle at the request of local PD. After getting the owner information back We found that Sedalia Automotive was the lienholder. I contacted him and negotiated the tow and storage bill down significantly to $250.00. I told him I didn't mind working with him since he was the lienholder. They are scammers they lie don't tell you what they are charging and they lie don't rent from them
