They are very helpful and transparent. I like that prices are explained up front and there are no hidden fees or surprises. The office agents are amazing and very helpful making what could be a painful and frustrating process much much easier! They took very good care of me setting up for the procedure!
More than a 5 star rating is required here. Anesthesia for anyone is hard, but pediatric anesthesia is really hard. I had a little go under today and if it had not been for Dr. Walton and his assistant, Mercedes, I might’ve fallen apart completely. I’m so thankful for them today and cannot express enough thanks. Please be sure to relay this message and give them all the praise they deserve and then some. Thank you both so much for all you do everyday, you two are the true hero’s hidden behind the scenes.
UPDATE: UMR (our insurance) had a discounted rate and had confirmed now multiple times they are in network. The staff has informed me to stop trying to negotiate with them that they will only speak to my insurance. Which my insurance has severe difficulties reaching them due to never answering the phones and only texting. So the discount was about $450. Nobody seems to know why they won’t refund me any of my money. I’m now filing a dispute with our insurance company to update the system to take them off network and hopefully... read more

***INSURANCE FRAUD***I want to alert others that this Texas dental office has been submitting fraudulent claims to Aetna insurance under my granddaughter’s name. My granddaughter lives in Arizona and has never received services from this office. I strongly advise anyone with coverage or plans to verify their statements carefully. I have reported this to Aetna and am taking steps to ensure it is properly investigated.
