Approximately one year ago, my storage unit at a facility touting 'SECURE LOCK' was breached. Despite the presence of cameras and a purported log of all individuals entering the premises, the management's response was inadequate. Upon being notified of the incident, they failed to initiate contact with me. Given the circumstances, it appears the perpetrator was either an insider or someone with a nearby storage unit. I made a long distance reservation on a storage unit. I spoke with Jackee and I was totally impressed with her professionalism. Upon arriving at the facility I found out that everything she told me was exactly as she said and I couldn’t be happier. I wish every business had a manager as great as Jackee. I highly recommend this facility and Jackee.
Omg....what a great company...unrated to storage but their property manager went above and beyond to help me when I was running late for an appointment and had a dead battery....she went to a near by businesses till she found me a jump box to get my truck Crunk up....over and above great business and so out going...thank you so much Jackie with securlock storage
I’ve never rented nor bought a storage before, I ended up purchasing the wrong size of course. Fortunately for me Jackee was very helpful, professional and nice about adjusting my storage to the right one along with giving me a tour and showing me the ins and out of renting with the company. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
It’s been a year since my first review and my 5 stars remain the same. I have been renting a suite for over a year now and have nothing but amazing things to say! I’ve always said Jackee is the best and I’m saying it again!
