Scraped my car – Car was towed in NW Portland. Scraped front bumper and rear panel and of course Security is trying to wiggle out of it. No scrapes before towing but they're sure there now. What a coincidence. They have a corporate owner, Sergeant's Towing on North Vancouver. Thought Sergeant's would be more professional. My next stop is a complaint with Portland Police which Security has a contract and then the Better Business Bureau.

What's with these guys? – This review has nothing to do with the fact that my car was towed while parked in NW Portland. That decision was made by the city. But while attempting to reacquire my car, however, Security towing handled the situation very poorly. Firstly, their arrogant attitudes greeted me at the door, which I'm sure, was consequence to them having to deal with numerous unhappy people on a daily basis. It's all in your perception – If you parked you car illegally and the police or parking enforcement had you towed I am quite sure you would have a negative opinion of this company , after all it was their fault you didn't read the signs or forgot to get insurance. But you can do no better when it comes to getting a tow when you need one, They have fast response times and treat your car as if they owned it themselves. Worst Towing Company in Portland – The crew running this business are unbelievably arrogant from the individual operating the tow truck to SOB behind the counter. Every question gets an sarcastic response. These types of people are upset with themselves. Sorry they didn't finish high school and feel sarcastic responses elevate them above the rest of the community. Please use A&B towing. The individuals working across the street are approachable and have the temperament for the job.
