Zero stars. The staff and the attorney herself are very very unprofessional. After they had very unprofessionally handled the sale of my property I found out that the attorney herself , Graciela Livingston, had only been admitted to the bar in 2013 and her husband, Paul Schlagel, who seems to run half of the business had had his license revoked a few years ago !! Beware of this company !! Very poor customer service, zero communication as they are always "too busy" to find time for you!
