Only bad thing in the 9 years I have had my unit was, mice got in a year or so ago and it made me really sad but they have been a great company to work with.
Haven’t had any issues since I started using a rental unit several months ago. Units are clean and accessible and management is always easy to communicate with.
I’ll be honest I called in desperate need of a unit and on the phone they had me set up and ready to move in taking less than an hour. Super easy to get settled and very good customer service moving in on the same day I called. And checking up to make sure everything went well. Good people, good service and great units.
Super friendly helpful on a dime.
It has been a fantastic, hassle-free experience for 4 years now. No complaints, keep up the great service!
