Mark and Chris were excellent, humorous and helpful in our endeavor for a new storage unit! The process was quick and friendly and they were smiling the whole time. I never felt rushed. 5 star for customer service
Mark did a wonderful job helping me today. I didn’t read the paperwork and went to ask about the red tag. He told me it snapped right off. After informing me he then talked about the lock and insurance saying that if I already had a lock he could refund me 20 bucks! As well as said my renters might cover the storage unit which would save me more! I was so happy to have stopped in! He was great and extremely helpful. Best storage unit staff interaction I’ve ever had! 100% recommended!
