Very hard to contact via phone, The chat is scripted info. I asked for a call back which I never received. I vacated on Oct 3 and am being told via the Chat person they do not prorate. They should post that on the door along with note about removing your lock and cleaning the unit out. (Could find nothing on the website about vacating a space) I rented that space for years they have made a lot of money of me. Very disappointing way of doing business if you ask me.
The place is extremely clean & John who supervises the storage units is very nice great customer service.
Very friendly got my space rented. Helpful.
David was very accommodating to my issues. Thank you for helping me.
I walked in and talked to Dave today. He’s a great guy, very informative. Looking forward to using public storage.
