Sunday Oct. 4th, Mary- who was working at the Thousand Oaks location- did a superb job of helping me. I had a few things that needed to be cleared up and she took care of it all in an efficient and productive manner. She was awesome! I wish I got to work with people like her who such excellent customer relations and support skills. I am so glad I am using this location for my storage needs!

Great service, quick and easy
I lost the keys to my unit so I called around for locksmiths. Many quotes over $150 later, I called the front desk and asked ADRIANA what I need to do. She helped me get into my unit SAME DAY FOR FREE. She gave me all the info I needed to sign the forms and complete the process so it was stress free and fast! I’m so relieved. Also this location (Thousand Oaks) is always super clean and well managed.
Had the privilege of being assisted by Thelma, and what a breath of fresh air it was to be assisted by someone who is confident in their craft. I've been to to other places and was given poor customer service, but not here and I really appreciate all of your assistance, thank you so much
