Melanie is great to work with, have been a customer at Thousand Oaks Security Self Storage for over ten years Five Stars. Public Storage SUCKS!!!! always raising the rent by a lot zero stars.
They keep raising my rent because of supposed market demand, but they seem to have plenty of units available and their "introductory offer" is still advertised online to newcomers. Let me ask you this - what do YOU think of a company that penalizes you for staying in business with them? My $106 unit crept up to $161, now $191. All in under 18 months. I have the receipts to prove it. To add insult to injury - they're advertising the same unit now for only $96 to newcomers. Beware that I am not the only person with this compla... read more
