The property manager is not there during the “staffed hours” (Sunday at 2pm and Monday at 4:30pm) and will not answer any phone calls. Every outer door has been locked with no code given, meaning that I’ve been unable to access my storage unit for days now. Would never rent a unit here knowing that at some point you’ll have all access to your unit cut off. Assuming I will have to contact the police at this point to regain access to my unit.

Bill is awesome. We had a mix up with our reservation due to some inaction on our part. We arrived at PS with a full car & no unit. Bill reassured us that he would find us a solution and he did. He walked us through the whole process. What began as a stressful situation ended with everything taken care of. Thanks, Bill.
