Bill is awesome. We had a mix up with our reservation due to some inaction on our part. We arrived at PS with a full car & no unit. Bill reassured us that he would find us a solution and he did. He walked us through the whole process. What began as a stressful situation ended with everything taken care of. Thanks, Bill.
Great staff and great spot.
The manager at this location is absent. Does not return calls. Does not want to have conversations in the office because they are recorded. He is a totally different person outside the office , not better just different. We moved to another smaller unit with the promise of using the dumpster to throw away items we did not want as a selling point to keep our business and the dumpster has been full for two weeks.
