I have been a customer at this Public Storage location for approximately four to five years, and until recently I never had an issue. I originally chose this location because of the excellent reputation and customer service provided by Liz. She was always professional, respectful, answered the phone herself, and took the time to explain things clearly. Since Jenny became the site manager, my experience has been completely different. My family and I had a great experience with Secure Public Storage, particularly because of Patricia. Patricia is the best employee ever, and helped make my move to the east coast possible. She helped coordinate with PODS, cleared space in the parking lot and reserved it, and was always available to help with any questions or concerns. She is the actual best! Yay Patricia!!
