Security Public Storage, I have been here close to Two Years now, and I couldn't be Happier with the way the Staff runs the place. Deserie is the new Manager, and she is very Professional in all that she does, and her Assistant Shawleen is also a Great Help. They are both Polite, Courteous, and Hospitable whenever you have something that needs attention. Security Public Storage is fantastic, they have great staff, a great facility, security, hours, and competitive pricing. I recently rented a unit at a national storage chain location very close to my home for short-term use, and the difference between them and Security Public Storage is stark. You don’t deal with real people at the national chain, there’s a video terminal in the lobby and everything is online. I was there on Sunday (6/7) and Shelly helped me switching storage units. I was renting too large a space. She was thorough, showed me options and was VERY helpful, chill and informative. She took care of everything, got me a great deal and went above and beyond. She made a potentially stressful situation very pleasant. Moved my things today and am very satisfied.
Gave us a great deal to just store our RV trailer for 2 weeks. Super smooth staff! We’ll be back every year.
My partner's storage unit was broken into after the lock was apparently picked, and several of our belongings were stolen. When we reported the theft to the front office, there seemed to be very little urgency or concern regarding a follow-up investigation.
