It is my first year working with this company and I am very pleased, the customer services service is very professional and they always look for ways to help companies to continue in business.
They charge late fees like its a game. This should be illegal and they should get sue for that
I received a payment schedule, after this payment schedule I received a late payment letter saying that I had a pending payment giving me 02 days to pay it, the letter did not contain a phone number, which you do not have confidence if it is real. In the end they formally modified my payment plan without notice and I had to pay the late payment charges, when I was not responsible for the internal error they had.
