I called called security door Inc. this morning was put in hold for twenty minutes, call was transferred to voicemail, I left a voicemail and got no call back. I drove to their address in Upland to see if I could get some help in person. They have moved to an address in Rancho Cucamonga. Bad customer service. 5 day response time for a quote on a repair. Not Good.
