I hardly ever post a review but Pringle Creek Storage is the best storage company Ive ever used. Great prices, great good security and the managers Brenda and Dan are professional and extremely helpful! If you need storage go see them! Located in south Salem.

Brenda, the manager, was so kind and amazing! Great customer service!! I reached out to her right before she was leaving for the day and she took the time to clean a unit for me and get me all set up! She went above and beyond! I could not be happier with my unit. Thank you Brenda!
Overall the promised services were provided which I would normally give 4 stars, however, they get a big ding for recent events. I had to go to the unit to begin preparation for a move and was unable to get in the unit because the lock had been changed. It turned out there had been some break ins recently and at no time was that communicated to me, That is more than a bit of a fail to me.
Great price. Brenda was very thorough. Answered all my questions regarding security.
