Great service The estimate and installation went very well. First, when I called, a person answered the phone, no phone tree. The woman was very helpful in explaining their system. She was able to come out right before a holiday weekend to discuss our alarm options. She didn't necessarily recommend the most expensive option. She asked about our lifestyle and recommended options and setups based on how we lived. She really cared about getting us something that would work for us. The installation was the following week. The cost is lower than anyone else and better service than we've had with past alarm companies. They walked through out whole house and recommended options based on our lifestyle. Security at a GREAT price! Rick and his team came out yesterday and installed my new security system. I can see everything that happens on the premises of my business from home and here at the office. This provides major peace of mind. It is likely going to save me more than it costs â also I noticed Rick answers his phone every time I call and I havenât thrown a question his way he hasnât been able to answer. Go team!
