Worst experience ever. I was told by an Account Manager that I was hostile. I told him he had not seen hostile yet. I was attempting to help my mother-in-law cancel her account after she was AUTO RENEWED without her permission, resulting in them trying to extort $379 to cancel. I would never refer this company to anyone I dislike much less someone I love. If I had the choice of 0 stars that would be my rating But 1 is the lowest, unfortunately.
It has been a month since I got my new alarm system and I am still in the back log for the TotalConnect services. But guess what? I am already paying for it...
