I left a message one day and got a call back the next.
Facility looks nice and well kept but I have stopped by the facility twice and called twice and left messages in the last two weeks and nobody is ever there and no one will return my call. I am just trying to find out if they have any units available. My guess is that they are completely booked so they don't care about potential new customers.
I have left numerous messages with Paula regarding being put on the wait list for a storage unit with absolutely no answer or returned phone call. I have literally been calling for months with no success. In my opinion this is completely unprofessional and not how a business should be ran.
Excellent place to keep your boat or RV. Ower's are very nice to work with and the property is kept up very nicely. Surveillance equipment is on the property and monitored.
