I called their sales team regarding a potential B2B opportunity, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The representatives who answered the call were unprofessional and unable to properly assist me or connect me with a manager or higher-level representative. Communication was poor, and the overall customer service did not meet professional business standards.
