I appreciated the customer service I just received from on of your employees. I called about a transaction on my direct express card that I know I didn't make. I'd been locked out of my account and honestly wasn't thinking anything was wrong. I got my account unlocked online and decided to look at all my transactions the last few months. When I noticed an ATM withdrawal from a ATM I never used I called. Yes it was from August and yes it's October. But what does that matter? It's a great company to bank with. The services are adequate, and the employees at this location are wonderful and really take the time to get to know you and recognize you when you come into the branch.
